Several residents discovered worth thousands of old Philippine money at Tandag City in the province of Surigao del Sur.
These days, various business establishments and organizations in the Philippines are usually not accepting out of date paper money. Nevertheless, folks might go to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or the Central Bank of the Philippines if the outdated bills could be exchanged for new bills.
A Fb person named Peterson Espina Bucay has shared the images of some staff who discovered value thousands of outdated Philippine banknotes. The photos and the video are now circulating online.
The residents found the cash at Telaje Covered Court in Tandag City. The money contains P10, P20, P50 P100, P200, P500, and P1000 paper bills. However, the total amount of the cash buried below the ground is still unclarified.
The construction workers who found the cash do not have an idea regarding the real owner of the paper bills.
