After the directive of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) came out to stop the broadcast of ABS-CBN, Kapamilya news anchor Noli De Castro did not hold back.
Many netizens wept over Noli De Castro’s last message before ABS-CBN’s scheduled halt on Tuesday night.
