National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested Francis Leo Marcos for violating the Republic Act 8050 or the Optometry Law.
Francis Leo Marcos, no documents show he has businesses. He did not name his home in Green Meadows in QC as well as another home.
Not only does he claim his office as well as the fancy cars he boasts on social media. He may be Lorenzo Antonio Mangusin, but he is still being tried in court.
He admitted that he was Norman Magusin. Another complainant who allegedly fined P7 million by FLM is also set to file a case of syndicated estafa without bail.
Pending the formal filing of another complainant’s case; FLM’s release is still uncertain.
In a press conference, NBI Spokesperson Ferdinando Lavin revealed that they’re still verifying warrants filed against Marcos in the past.
It includes Anti-Human Trafficking in Persons Act that allegedly committed by Marcos under the name of Norman Mangusin in 2006 and RA 9262 that filed in Gapan City.
However, Marcos insisted that he’s innocent and never done anything wrong in his life as he’s working hard and honest to achieve his current wealth.
According to him, the RA9262 filed against him might be connected to the Estafa case he faced in Gapan City in 2006, but he claimed that he’s acquitted in the said charges.
